Exchanges are only made for the same model and same color. If you want to change the color or model, a $40 reshipping fee must be paid together with the exchange request.

If the 7-day exchange period has passed and you still want to request an exchange, a $40 reshipping fee will be charged if the exchange is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items (Unused)
If your item arrived damaged or defective and has not been worn, contact us with your order number and photos. If approved, we will assist you with an exchange or refund according to the case.

Defects After Use
Refunds are not available once an item has been worn. An exchange may be considered depending on the issue. Reach out with photos and we will assess your options.
